What about Terri?

We are referring to Terri Schiavo, of course.
Same basic principle, same basic course of action.
Then-Governor Bush or then-Attorney General Charlie Crist both had not only the authority but the DUTY to intervene and save Terri's life. In the absence of action on the part of these two men, former President George W. Bush should have intervened. Terri was murdered, by court order(!), and our leaders stood by and let it happen.
"Not only does the governor have such power, but the governor has the Constitutional duty to prevent any action taken pursuant to such a court order, because such action would violate Ms. Schindler-Schiavo's Constitutionally guaranteed ' inalienable right to enjoy and defend life' regardless of her 'physical disability' as secured by Article 1 Section 2 of the Florida State Constitution ."
Herb Titus, Constitutional Attorney, as quoted in WorldNetDaily.
